FAU Magdeburg ruft auf, sich solidarisch zu zeigen. Eines unserer Mitglieder hat vor dem Arbeitsgericht in Magdeburg ein Verfahren gegen seinen ehemaligen Boss. Es handelt sich um eine Kündigungsschutzklage.
Der Kollege freut sich über alle, die sich solidarisch zeigen und Zeit haben. Sodass er nicht alleine vor seiner ehemaligen Chefin stehen muss. Damit klar gemacht werden kann, das er nicht alleine ist und seine Gewerkschaft an seiner Seite steht.
Das Verfahren findet am Freitag, den 15.08., statt.
Treffpunkt ist 10:30 an der Haltestelle Leiterstraße. Das Verfahren beginnt 11 Uhr.

FAU Magdeburg calls for solidarity. One of our members is taking legal action against his former boss at the labor court in Magdeburg. It is an action for protection against dismissal.
Our colleague would appreciate the solidarity and support of anyone who has time to attend, so that he does not have to face his former boss alone. This will make it clear that he is not alone and that his union stands by his side.
The proceedings will take place on Friday, August 15.
The meeting point is at 10:30 a.m. at the Leiterstraße stop. The proceedings will begin at 11 a.m.
[Llamado de solidaridad para el proceso judicial de un miembro del FAU Magdeburgo]
¡FAU Magdeburgo hace un llamado a la solidaridad!
Uno de nuestros miembros ha emprendido acciones legales contra su antiguo empleador en el tribunal laboral de Magdeburgo. Se trata de una demanda por protección contra el despido.
Nuestro compañero agradecería la solidaridad y el apoyo de quienes tengan tiempo para asistir, para no tener que enfrentarse solo a su antiguo jefe. Esto dejará claro que no está solo y que el sindicato está a su lado.
El proceso tendrá lugar el viernes 15 de agosto. La hora y punto de encuentro es a las 10:30 a. m. en la parada de tram Leiterstraße, sobre Breiter Weg. El proceso comenzará a las 11 a. m.
